requests to add another user to their friend list, and when Swappster
sends notifications to a user related to their use of the service.
The more information a user provides the better each user can identify
each other and more effectively connect and interact with their
network. This information is used to enhance the users experience
on Swappster and is never sold, rented, traded or shared.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer
the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information
for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable

Invite a Swinger Friend
If a user elects to use the Swappster invite a
friend service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them
for the friend's name and email address. Swappster will automatically
send the friend an email inviting them to join the user's personal
Swappster network. Swappster stores this email address for the
purpose of automatically adding the respondent to the friends
list of the user sending the invitation, and also to send reminders
of the invitation. Swappster does not sell these email addresses
or use them to send any other communication besides invitations
and invitation reminders. The friend may contact Swappster to
request the removal of this information from our database.

Personals Public Forums
Please be aware that whenever swinger board and
swinger forums members voluntarily
disclose personal information online - e.g., messages on
swingers boards, swingers personals, chat
areas, file uploads, events, and listings - that information becomes

Correcting/Updating Swingers Couples Information
Swingers Couples Members can access, change and update their registration
and personal information by logging onto Swappster and selecting
the Modify Swingers Couples Profile option. Users who leave the service may choose
to have their personal information deleted by contacting us.
Privacy Protection for Children
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy
Protection Act (COPPA), Swappster will not knowingly provide access
to persons under the age of thirteen (13). If Swappster later
learns that any member is under the age of thirteen (13), we will
take appropriate steps to remove the member's information from
the database and we will restrict this individual from future
access to the service.
